Great location for exploring Annapolis and DC
We arrived in the evening and found the apartment to be just as described. As soon as we set our bags down inside, we set out on foot to grab dinner down the street. We walked through the neighborhood and found a few kids playing in the street, other neighbors sitting on porches and waving. It definitely felt like an all American neighborhood and we found two great restaurants within a 5 - 10 minute walk (Vin 909 and Adams Ribs were both excellent). When we returned to the apartment, we were on west coast time and didn't make up the sofa bed for our two teens until after 11:30. Upon doing so, we found the spare pillows but only one pillow cases and there wasn't an extra comforter or blanket. I texted Tony but wasn't expecting him to be up or answer back until morning. To my surprise, he quickly responded and apologized, and within 20 minutes delivered a comforter and bedding fresh out of the dryer. It was a minor inconvenience after a long day of travel, but I appreciated how fast he rectified the situation. This unit wasn't anything fancy, but for the price I wasn't expecting or needing that. It was a clean place for us to kick our feet up after long days of exploring the area and I really liked the neighborhood location. My family and I commented that it makes for a great experience when visiting a different part of the country - as opposed to staying in a hotel located in a more industrial area of town. All and all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

COMING BACK!
The primary factor that made our stay an absolute pleasure was Mr. Tony Lewis, the property manager!!!! An absolutely stellar gentleman. He accommodated our revised (and frequently changing) schedule surrounding Naval Academy functions with grace and ease. He checked on us just the right amount, ready to facilitate anything we needed! We’ll be back!!!

Checking in
Tony was great and very attentive. We spent our anniversary there and I requested a early check in . Tony told me I could check in at 2pm. Nevertheless we could not get into our room until 830/845pm because our room was not cleaned and the front lock needed batteries. The TV in the bedroom did not work, when I reported to Tony he told me he was sending someone to fix it,well we never heard from anyone. I feel like my wife and I should be compensated in some form or fashion. Day 1 was a wash, day 2 and checking out day 3 in the morning. Tony was very kind and helpful but that did not change the fact we could not get in our room until 830pm/845pm and we could not watch television in the bed room.
