Coveted Crescent Ridge location. 2-3 minute walk to where you can click into skis and ski down to the resort lower base and access to the Eagle Lift, Three Kings, First Time Lifts. Walk the other direction about 6-7 minutes to Silver Star Lift and Silver Star Plaza with award winning cuisine and live music on the weekends, shopping, rentals. Huge wrap around deck to enjoy the mountain views. Beautifully decorated and remodeled rare 3 bedroom plus open den with sofa sleeper. Garage parking for one car and driveway parking for an additional car.

***As of April 2021 the wood burning fireplace was replaced with a gas fireplace. New images coming soon.

** Summer guests please note, this condo does not have A/C. We do provide several fans to help cool the condo

Cozy Park City Condo!
Tiffany and Amy are wonderful hosts! Great location in a quiet neighborhood only 2 min walk to the slopes. Condo was clean with a furnished kitchen, cozy bedrooms and living room with fireplace. Smart TVs in the living room and den area. Board games, dominos etc. I would highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy the park city resort!

Perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids!
Great location! Clean! Spacious and the layout was perfect for us! We were 4 adults and 3 kids (teenagers). This place has 3 bedrooms, a fold out sofa and 3 bathrooms. So it was just the right size for us! the living area spanned the whole unit and it had high ceilings. No one was walking on our heads (except in the bedroom area) but overall it was quiet and private enough for us to be able to relax. We did travel in a big SUV which did not fit in the indoor garage, but we parked it just outside the garage door and it was easy to get in and out. The Park City Resort slopes are just a few steps away but we had rental skis that we dropped off every night at the base of the resort so we didn't utilize the short walk. Would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic Condo and Location
We were a group of 7 on our first trip to Park City. The location of this condo is amazing, a short 3 minute walk to the piste. Its a warm and cosy place and well suited to a group, beds were very comfy ! we had a couple of issues on checkin but these were taken care of quickly and efficiently and communication from Amy and Tiffany was fast and clear, couldnt really ask for more.
