House Rules:
1. Absolutely No parties. If you host a party, you will be charged $100 per guest, an additional $500 cleaning fee and will be evicted immediately.
6 Adults allowed only at any given time.
2. Guests: NO unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Our Max occupancy is six adults at any given time. Anything over six is subject to $500 per violation fine. Guests are limited to forty-eight stay with prior authorization. If they stay over 48 hours, you will be fined $100 per person per day.
3. Parking: Max of 3 cars allowed on the property. One in garage and two in driveway. No street parking allowed.
4. Noise: Home is in a quiet residential gated community. Quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am.
5. Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING unit that includes vaping and all other forms of smoking. No smoking in the yard either.
6. PETS: Animals/Pets are not permitted. If you bring any animals/pets, you will be charged $1000 and an additional $500 cleaning fee w/ immediate eviction.
7. Gas/Electric bills are not to exceed $400/mo. per 28 day stays. This ensures tenants do not leave pool heater on 24 hours a day.
8. NO WALKING OR PLAYING ON THE ROCKS TO THE LAKE. No going into the lake.
NO throwing rocks into lake or rocks into pool.
9. Our home is not kid/baby friendly. No children allowed.
