Great condo walking distance to my favorite Capitola beach. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Easy parking. Sweet back patio. Responsive host. Includes two beach chairs, beach towels, but bring the rest of your beach toys.

Loveliest Christmas visiting with family in town. The fireplace made everything so warm and cozy. Prepared food to take to another family home and kitchen was just perfect. Location just the best so close to coffee, food, and beach. Loved every single moment!
