Unparalleled ocean and beach views from this special retreat at the entrance to the Wharf. BBQ from your balcony and enjoy views over Capitola Village and the waters beyond, or walk a block and find yourself surrounded by restaurants and boutique shops. This is an incredible venue for families, surfers and beach goers to immerse themselves in one of the top US beach towns (sleeps 6). There is a one car garage that is available for you to store items during your stay, however, you will not be able to drive your car into the garage.
Please Note: The City of Capitola is currently repairing the Wharf that was caused during the storms. The repairs/renovations are out on the wharf, over 200 yards away. There may be some construction noise of during the week from the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday thru Thursday and on Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00PM PM. The noticeable impact is that the lot below is no longer used for parking, but is used for staging construction materials and equipment. With this in mind, the city has provided an orange construction permit for our guests to use during your stay. You are allowed to park in any spot within the village or in the construction cone area that is blocked off on Wharf road. This project is projected to be completed by the summer of 2024.
Importantly, while the staging area is right below the condo, the condo is newly remodeled and the ocean views are still outstanding.
