Nestled between the year-round flowing Dry Creek and the low traffic West Dry Creek Road, our Creek Front Vineyard property offers the best of biking, lazing and sampling Dry Creek & Sonoma Valley award winning wines. Our 6,800 sq ft home has wide open interacting living spaces with warm southern exposure. It can easily accommodate multiple families vacationing together.

The space:

Perfect for outdoor activities, this secure gated 13-acre property offers nature reserve, private creek access, and working vineyard replete with paths for walking, running and biking. This property has 6 bedrooms and sofas and window benches perfect for kids. Four of the bedrooms are in the main house including a large master suite and Jacuzzi bath en-suite, and an additional 2 bedrooms in the connecting guesthouse each with baths en-suite . Views from virtually every room feature the pool, rolling vineyards and beautiful star lit nights.

Healdsburg family vacation
A wonderful property - we had 11 - parents plus adult kids + significant others. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, firepit... Close to Healdsburg and lots of wineries. We would go back again and again.

Family wedding weekend stay
Perfect location for our visit to attend a wedding in Guerneville. So many fun activities in the area. Enjoyed the house and pool. The kitchen was lovely.

Fantastic experience, location and host
The property was in a gorgeous, serene setting but close enough to Uber out for dinners. Wineries in walking distance from the property With a group of 10 adult ladies, we all agreed we’d want to visit again. Between the main house and guesthouse we had plenty of space (and bathrooms) and always felt safe. The pool was lovely, and had a great outdoor speaker we had no problem hooking up too. Re host, Craig was easy to reach and very responsive when we needed a little help getting the hot tub going. He was a great host and we enjoyed meeting him. Healdsburg was such a great town, many of our groups’ first time in sonoma/napa, and we were very pleased. Will not disappoint!

How to celebrate 92 years
We were a family group of 9 who had a lovely time together in a lovely home! It was hot outside, but cool inside. The home had everything we needed--inside and out--and we even got to meet the manager and wish HIM a happy birthday also! It was an excellent choice.

Outstanding property
This property has it all, views, plenty of room, activities, location and well maintained. If you need a place in the wine country that has 6 bedrooms look no further. We rent form VRBO 6 times a year this one is at the top of the list. Thanks Craig and Courtney for maintaining such a wonderful piece of property. Beth

Family Fun In Healdsburg
Overall property was great and easily accommodated our family of 10 adults and two infants. Main house has a lot of great indoor and outdoor living space and was terrific. The guest house is a little dated and a little musty smelling. Outdoor seat cushions definitely could use updating and replacing as dry worn and dirty. Property is well located to hiking, sightseeing, and wineries, and all attractions in the area.

Beautiful, perfect spot for an Amazing family vacation
Everything about our experience at this beautiful property was excellent. So much space for everyone to be together and separate as needed. We had 3 under three, grandparents, parents and couples and everyone loved it Beds were comfortable, we prepared a big family thanksgiving in the beautiful kitchen and the property was spectacular. We all hope to come back !!!

Overall, we had a fabulous time and this house worked pretty well for us. It has several areas for congregating so we could spread out and some could watch TV while others could sit in a different area and talk. Kitchen is beautiful as is the updated master bedroom in the main house. While I didn't spend any time in other bedrooms, I get the feeling that they weren't as updated or nice as our master bedroom. One bedroom in the detached carriage house had no heat unless the door remained open from the bedroom below. Luckily, the couple sleeping there didn't mind waking up in a 55 degree bedroom.

Great location for Sonoma
The pictures didn't do the property justice - it was an excellent location and lovely stay. Plenty of room for all, and really made the trip outstanding! Check in was easy, and Craig was an easy phone call away if we had any questions! Definitely recommend.

Old Friends Week
The property and location is amazing. We've stayed several places in wine country and this is by far our favorite. We had a snafu with our check-in and issues with the hot tub but the property manager Craig did all he could to rectify the issues as quickly as possible We would certainly stay here again.

The house and grounds are beautiful! There was space enough for all and then some. Unfortunately the home lacked a woman’s touch. The mattress in most rooms were horribly uncomfortable and should have been replaced long ago. The beautiful kitchen lacked basics. The cobwebs covered the dirty windows and the patio furniture looked like it hadn’t been washed perhaps ever. I’m sorry to say that I would never return to this house or recommend it to others for several reasons beyond what’s listed. Please beware of the photos posted as they do not adequately represent to current condition of this beautiful property.

Fantastic Wine Country Resort Property
We had a great time with family and friends at this beautiful property nestled inside a vineyard! Gorgeous views, relaxing pool and hot tub, and close to multiple wineries for tasting plus Lake Sonoma for boating. Wonderful weekend vacation!

Girlfriends Getaway
Seven of us had a great two-night stay at this lovely home in the Dry Creek area in Healdsburg. This home is well equipped and has LOTS of room. I definitely recommend this home for families with kids, couples getaway and friends getaway. Excellent communication from the host and super easy arrival. Thank you Craig!

Gorgeous house and property!
We celebrated my 40th birthday here with friends (weekend away from the kids!) and it was amazing. It exceeded all expectations. The property was beautiful and close to many wineries. We loved swimming in the pool and hot tub amid the vineyards. We cooked delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, and we were able to get a private chef one night. Craig was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay in wine country
Our group enjoyed our stay at the property - the house and grounds are amazing, with more than enough space for our group of 5 couples + babies. Craig was very responsive and helpful throughout. However, make sure to check that the pool is prepped and ready and that the AC is working in the whole house (we had some issues which is not fun in 90+ degree weather). Overall, would recommend a stay here!

This was an anniversary celebration threes in the making and exceeded our expectations. Guests said “it was perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing”. Thank you to Craig who made sure we were comfortable. The home was spacious for 10 of us with wonderful gathering spaces and kitchen for meal prep. A private chef rounded out our celebration. The location was ideal to access vineyards in the valley as we were situated right in the middle yet in the peace of the vineyard setting ourselves. It was delightful!! Highly recommend this property. 5 stars. Wish I could live there.

Long weekend
Lots of room for 6 family groups, each with access to a bathroom. View from the back yard, over the pool and across the vineyard was amazing. Spa - we could not figure out the directions but Craig was very responsive. Some of the outdoor areas could have been cleaned up a bit more - trampoline and outdoor chairs and the cushions - but this was an amazing place with fully stocked kitchen. 7 minutes drive to Big Johns. 10 minute drive to downtown Healdsburg. Mattresses all good, bedding soft. We would stay again.

Clean and spacious
This property is on a quiet, spacious property just minutes from wineries and down town Healdsburg. The manager greeted us there and reviewed everything we needed to know. There were 5 of us, each having our own room, and there was room for double that easily. In fact 2 of the bedrooms are in unattached spaces off the garage so if you have a group staying up later, the two rooms are separate from whatever is going on. There are also 2 full size living rooms. Beautiful vineyard views with very little traffic allowed us to take early morning walks on the scenic winding road basically alone. We hired a chef to cook for us one of the nights (one recommended by the manager) and that was amazing. I highly recommend this home for your next stay.
