This condo was amazing! Perfect amount of space and amazing view. Easy access to all amenities and walkable to many places to eat and CVS which was very helpful with a 14 month old. Would recommend to anyone! Only “weird” thing is the shower set up is alittle confusing and the tub has a glass sliding door which makes bath time with a small child alittle more difficult but nothing that would deter us from booking again! We love sea colony.

Very clean and organized great property overall and the facilities are great very safe. Make sure you keep your badge with you as you need it to get around the property . lots of security, which is great. many lifeguards and clean pools in public areas. easy walk to the boardwalk.

A Perfect Week Away!!

What a beautiful property!! We loved the central location and the ease of access to everything. The pool and beach were steps away, as well as, restaurants and shopping.

Amazing Beach Vacation

Property was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a perfect beach week. Communication with the owner was clear, timely and helpful. Our family of 5 all agreed it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Will definitely book here again!

Wonderful View and Just Steps from the Ocean

This Sea Colony unit has the most splendid view of lovely Bethany Beach and very comfortable living spaces. We did most of our cooking at home and found everything we needed. The beach walk from Farragut to Bethany Beach was just long enough to justify ice cream treats!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and maintained condo. The weather did not cooperate but Laurie did everything she could to help make it perfect, including an early check in. We will definitely come back!
