Beachfront Home on Private Bethany Beach

Wake up, grab your coffee and stroll out the 1st floor porch onto the warm sand while taking in the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean! This unique three level townhouse is situated on scenic Bethany Beach. Hunt for ghost crabs on the beach after dark (head lamps and flash lights provided in the storage closet), walk to dinner at Matt's Fish Camp, or watch the kids play in the sand as you relax on one of three water view decks. This home is located within the Tower Shores community, adjacent to a state nature preserve, and situated between the towns of Bethany and Dewey Beach. A short drive takes you to Rehoboth Beach where you can walk the boardwalk, check out fine dining, or enjoy a trip to FunLand with the family for rides, games and more!

Please note: sheets and towels are not provided. Gale Force Rentals is our local rental company that can deliver sheets, towels and other rental equipment if desired. Please contact Gale Force Rentals directly.

Direct access to the beach (no lifeguard on duty). Access to the community tennis court and playground. Beach chairs and gas grill included for guest use. Wifi internet. Air conditioning and heat. Laundry on lower and 2nd level. Dishwasher. Screened in porch. Cable TV on the main level. The bedrooms with TVs do not have cable but are equipped for streaming services.

Please note, this is a three level beach townhouse that requires the use of stairs to access each level.

The gas grill is stored on the ground level. It must be wheeled out to the open driveway before use.

Tower Shores beach is a private, non-guarded beach. All renters and their guests should swim at their own risk. There is a handicapped accessible ramp at Dune Road.

Ocean views & Serene Sunrises
Nestled on a private beach front, this three level well appointed home offers spectacular ocean views. We vacationed during early October and the weather was amazing! The 1st and 2nd floor screened-in and 3rd floor open balconies offer amazing views of the ocean, serene sunrises, and tranquil sunsets. It’s a pristine location for sea shell collectors and those seeking the rhythmic sounds of ocean waves. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Most relaxing vacation stay
The home was lovelier than the pictures. Mike’s townhouse was comfortable, clean, felt like a real home. The location was spectacular and we loved the 3 levels of decks and being right on the beach. Mike also responded immediately when we had a question. We will be back.

Beautiful place!
