Larry Graves and Molly in the office are great. The property is well looked after. The beach view is incredible and the pool area is maintained daily. We had a super stay in the area which has food access to shopping.

Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed staying at this property. The pool was nicely heated and clean. The location was perfect and the beach view was nice. Our condo had almost everything we needed and we were comfortable. There was a closet filled with things for the beach like toys, umbrella and chairs. I do wish the chairs would have been beach chairs intead of camping chairs. There was also no broom to sweep up sand but there was a vacuum.

Affordable but needs improvement
The evaporator coil on the air conditioning unit was frozen and had little to no air flow coming out of the vents. There was water dripping from the ceiling unit on the floor outside the bedrooms our entire stay. There was obvious damage on the wall so this was a known issue. We had to turn it off and run the fan to unfreeze it. Bedroom furniture and mattresses need to be updated/replaced. The whole unit needs maintenance and updating. The patio had standing water as well from the ac unit. Parking is by reservation only and you can be towed for parking in the wrong spot. Twice someone else parked in our spot. Reached out to management, told to park in check-in. Could not do that as someone else had already parked there. No response so we risked getting towed by parking in someone else’s spot. The responses I did receive from management were not friendly. This could be a great unit as it has a lot of square footage and fit 5 people easily. The balcony is right over the pool and as close to the beach as you can get. The space is great but it is in huge need of maintenance and updating. I would not recommend it until that is done.

Girls birthday vacation
This is our second stay at this property. It is a great property and location. Furniture and decor have been updated since our last stay and are a great improvement. Condo was clean other than some sand on the floors but that is to be expected staying on the beach. Very relaxing week. We will be booking this property again on the future.

Wonderful property
The property was exactly as advertised, very nice, quiet area was perfect for my fiancé to get away from everything to relax. 100% would recommend to anyone!
