all fitted with cupboards; 3 double beds. Shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and cupboard. separate wc. Cellar with washing machine. Electric shutters all over the house.
Located in the residence le clos des vignes closed residence; house located in a quiet area enjoying the pine trees.

non smoking rental. Pets not allowed.
The deposit is fixed at 850 € to be paid upon arrival uncashed and returned on departure.

Nous avons passer de merveilleuse vacances au sein de cette propriété très agréable propre très bien agencé avec tout le confort du moment. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Cette maison se situe dans une résidence avec accès fermé avec portail électrique très calme jour comme nuit avec une superbe terrasse couverte et non couverte sur un beau terrain soigneusement soigné. Cette maison équipée de tout ce qu on a besoins grand frigo,micro onde, four, grille pain cafetière et bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, etc.... douche italienne, 3 belles chanbres avec grd dressing pour ranger les affaires. Des transats sont mis à disposition barbecue et des planchas également. Nous remercions ces propriétaires pour nous avoir fait découvrir votre région dans cet endroit magnifique à 10 minutes à pied de la boulangerie et du centre bourg avec divers commerces à proximité. Nous conseillons à tous les éventuels futurs locataires à découvrir ce lieu et que vous passerais de merveilleuse vacances au calme avec vos enfants. J aurais juste une parenthèse à ouvrir comme J avais dit aux propriétaires à la remise des clés que si il aurait une piscine ou juste un petit jacuzzi gonflable ça serait un grand plus et sa serais la perfection... Cordialement

Top Haus in ruhiger Lage
Dieses schöne Haus ist äußerst sauber, sehr gepflegt und eignet sich hervorragend für einen Urlaub als Familie! Es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen aber dennoch zentralen Wohnlage, der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Bad und WC blitzsauber und neu, die überdachte Terrasse sehr gemütlich auch bei Regenschauer, die elektrischen Jalousien sind bei Hitze und zum abdunkeln sehr komfortabel! Kurz: ein tolles Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Sehr zu empfehlen!
