Villa Mia is located on the famous south coast of Barbados within 3 mins walk of the beautiful Miami beach, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love our place because of the location, the people, and the ambiance. Its great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (children from age 5 and older ) and groups. Villa Mia is registered with the Barbados Tourist Board BTPA License No. 0103.

Please note that a mandatory 10% government accommodation levy is required to be paid in cash at check-in. This applies to all Barbados properties as of August 01st, 2018.

Cleaning fee-US$50 per week. Mandatory clean is required once per week which includes change of bed linen as well as towels. VRBO only facilitates payment of 1 clean so if you are staying more than 1 week you will be required to pay in cash for the subsequent cleans at checkin.

The space
There are a range of facilities on offer to all of our guests, including Housekeeping, laundry facilities, a tranquil secluded garden with alfresco dining and a swing under the mango tree to indulge the inner child in you. The mango tree is lit at night for that romantic glass of wine while sitting on the comfortable seating. When in season you can pick and enjoy our mangos and bananas.

Villa Mia provides comfortable apartments equipped to fit the requirements of any traveller. Studio 5 is fan cooled and has a fully equipped kitchen, safe deposit box,
Cable TV and super fast 240Mbs WiFi

Lovely panoramic views extend from the balconies of the upper apartment. We offer housekeeping service and laundry facilities in addition hired cars, island activities and events can be arranged by us for your convenience. It is a perfect base for exploring the many interesting and beautiful places that Barbados has to offer.

The entire garden with alfresco dining and all outdoor seating areas and sun loungers.

Interaction with guests
We meet guests at the apartment to handover keys and show you around. If you need help throughout your stay we are only a few streets away and can also be contacted by phone or email.

Great stay
Villa Mia is clean, well equipped, well located and secure. We enjoyed our stay very much. Mike and Mia are great hosts and they keep their guests well informed and are easy to contact should you need anything. The property is well kept and lovely. Walking distance to the beach, ZR and Oistins...who could ask for more?

Ein Zimmer mit Bad. Zu diesem Preis bekommt man eine komplette Wohnung mit mehr Annehmlichkeiten.
Kurz gesagt: Zu Teuer! Detaillierter: 》》In GOOGLE Rezensionen Wie verabredet, haben wir nach unserer Landung am Flughafen per WhatsApp-Nachricht mitgeteilt das wir angekommen sind. Wir haben danach auf unser Gepäck und die Übergabe des Mietwagens gewartet. Als wir am späten Abend im Gästehaus ankamen, wurden wir als erstes mit einer Rüge begrüßt, weil wir uns etwas verspätet hatten. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gepflegt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Der Balkon in der oberen Etage ist ein schmaler Flur mit Sitzgelegenheiten für alle Gäste. Um diese vorbeizulassen, muss man entweder die Füße einziehen oder je nachdem aufstehen. Privatsphäre hat man nur, wenn man sich in der Wohnung aufhält und die Tür hinter sich schließt. Da aber die Sonne ab Mittag bis zum Untergang einstrahlt, kann man sich weder im Zimmer noch auf dem Balkon aufhalten, unerträglich heiß! Einen Sonnenschutz und eine Klimaanlage gibt es leider nicht. Die Ventilatoren verwirbeln lediglich die warme Luft. Dazu kommt noch, die Küche befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, bei diesen Temperaturen und für immerhin insgesamt 100 $ p/N. Unter Menü Ausstattung, war unter anderem eine Waschmaschine aufgeführt, welche nicht vorhanden ist, allerdings bietet der Gastgeber einen Wäscheservice an, der jedoch einen Tag vorher bestellt werden muss und mit 5 $ berechnet wird, was aus der Beschreibung der Ausstattung nicht hervorging. Auch der angegebene Grill ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.
