WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS YEAR ROUND.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

Welcome to channel front Island living! Bring your boat, kayak, fishing gear, flip flops and beach toys to Las Marinas. Situated along a bayside canal, Las Marinas the perfect getaway for boat enthusiasts, anglers and beach goers. A cozy living area invites you to relax inside your tropical home, with a waterfront balcony beckoning you outside to soak in Island sunshine and fresh ocean breeze! Your vacation meals are a joy to make in a fully stocked, beautifully appointed kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and abundant storage space. A bonus room provides extra space to watch your favorite movies, or games!

Rest comfortably in your master suite with a Queen sized bed and a private bath. Additional guests will find the second bedroom also equipped with a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds. All 3 bedrooms also feature a flat screen TV. A full bath is located conveniently in the hallway to be shared by guests.

You'll love splashing in the sparkling infinity pool spilling into the channel and lounging in the bubbling hot tub. Outdoor restrooms, showers, covered picnic areas and a one block stroll to the beach complete your vacation experience at Las Marinas!

Great location
We loved the location and pool at the Las Marinas condo. We were able to go fishing off the back dock and were at the beach with a three minute drive. Only things I would recommend the condo provide is a broom or vacuum as well as plastic plates and cups. Two of our kids, who are very small, had two spills, and we didn't have ways to clean up the glass, as there was only a mop. Small complaint, but will definitely be returning.

Wonderful stay

Love it!!
We stayed on the bayside for the first time this year and we loved it!! The condo is clean and very nice. Everyone was super sweet and friendly both at the condo and everywhere on the island. Had a great time!!

Excellent
We Loved Las Marinas , The Condo was very clean, very spacious. The Only thing was the Bunk Beds, the Mattress of the top bed had a piece of sharp wood sticking down, very dangerous for someone to sleep on the lower bed. Other than that the view was good. The pool was clean and lastly we were very pleased to had a boat slip so we could have our boat in the water ready just to jump in and go fishing.
