House and location were great

The whole trip was really nice. Lots of sleeping space, only thing is that the guest passes do not provide any discount at the tahoe donner ski resort unkess you buy your tickets very early.

Great Visit

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property! Two tips: 1) the silverware drawer seems damaged / isn’t opening or closing easily and 2) the grill is in pretty bad shape and out of gas.

Hi Meghan, we're sorry to hear you encountered problems with the drawer and grill- we would've happily sent over staff to take care of it had known about it. We even have additional propane tanks in the garage just in case the ones on the BBQ get low. We hope these issues didn't cause any inconveniences and we hope to host you again soon. -Your Tahoe Signature Properties Team

Great house and location!

Fantastic spot in Tahoe Donner within walking distance of the rec center and local store and a short drive from Truckee and Donner Lake. House layout is great for groups and the wooded backyard is spacious and peaceful. We had a few maintenance issues come up but the property managers were very responsive and remedied the issues immediately. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful and comfortable home! Plenty of room for us, our two young adult children and daughter's boyfriend. We loved being able to bring our pup too! Easy location for great skiing and exploring downtown Truckee in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated being able to park our cars in the garage and how responsive communication was. Would definitely want to stay again.

Gorgeous house in the middle of everything

I stayed here with my husband, dog and three adult children for a week in the summer and found this house perfect for our needs. The house is spacious, very well appointed, and within minutes of everything we needed - a short walk to Trout Creek Adventure Center and a short drive to old town Truckee, Lake Donner, and more hiking/biking trails than we could possibly use. The management company was on top of all of our questions and needs and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. We hope to return next summer for longer!

Great time in Tahoe

We had a great time staying at this lovely Tahoe home. Everything about the reservation process, check in, and check out was super easy. The house itself was nice, with lots of space. Kitchenware could be a bit better with more measuring cups, Tupperware, and foil/wrap options. Also, it was obvious that this house allows pets as there was a lot of dog hair on the carpet. This was slightly problematic for our guest with pet allergies. Otherwise, a lovely house resulting in a great vacation.

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your feedback! We'll send a note to the owner in regard to equipping the kitchen a bit better. The house is pet friendly, our apologies the carpet was not vacuumed up to par, we'll mention this to our cleaning crew. We're glad you had a great time at the property and look forward to having you back in the future. Thanks so much! All the best, Res Team @ Tahoe Signature Properties

Thank you

Hello! Thank you for renting this home to us! We had a good time. We all would only suggest the drawers and cabinets get vacuumed ur cleaned if mice droppings. It grossed us out and we washed everything we used first which doesn't seem fair for the cleaning fee that's charged. We do appreciate your letting us occupy an hour early and leave an hour later! Can you please tell me when thus home is available to again in the next month please? Again thank you for your help and customer service! Carolyn Vickers
