GROUND FLOOR in VILLA of CHARACTER 200m from the beach and the center

2 steps from the beautiful beach (from Guilvinec to Kérity) my apartment (constituting the ground floor of the house)
can accommodate up to 4 people.
The main room is divided between the "dining" area near the kitchen and the living area.
Facing south, it is very bright.
On the quiet back, you will find the secure pleasure garden for children.
A beautiful bedroom will allow you to rest for two in a 140 cm bed.
A 90 cm bed in the living room allows sleeping for a second person if necessary.
The sofa bed also offers the possibility of sleeping for two.
The veranda will allow you to take your summer meals with a view of the garden.

Un petit paradis
Nous allions à la plage à pieds en 2 minutes, idem pour les commerces. La location est très bien aménagée, bien équipée et très confortable. Les repas sur le jardin, c'est divin! Lieu idéal pour se reposer au calme et visiter le Finistère sud. Merci au propriétaire pour ses conseils et sa gentillesse!
