Fish from the seawall and watch manatees/dolphins while drinking your morning coffee OR you favorite cocktail! Owners stay right next door and are very available. Bikes available for use. Full amenities in the wonderfully decorated, beach themed home. Dining and entertainment are just a hop and skip away. NO RED TIDE anywhere around this area so enjoy the water. Escape the wintry North and come on down, the water is fine!

We enjoyed our week stay here! It was the perfect size for our family of 3 and our pup. The view is incredible. We had everything we needed and the property was very clean and well maintained.

Spring Break
This place is great and Ron and Lynda are even better. Our family spent four days at the propety and had a wonderful time. It was clean and had all the amenities one would want. We did not have time to enjoy the bay but I would l definitly go back to try it out. I enjoyed both the sunsets and the sunrises as I took the dog for her walks. Thank you Ron and Lynda for making our stay a great experince.

Peaceful beach house
Very relaxing 4 days at the Dolphin House. We loved sitting on the upper deck gazing out at the bay, or stretched out on the couch with the same wonderful view. It was nice being away from all the traffic, and lots of things to do within an hour away.

Family spring break trip
We absolutely loved our stay at the Gulf house! The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family weekend. Linda was amazing too. From giving us information about things to do in the area and places to eat. We also had a great time playing the Jenga game she let us use. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Lynda and I call Hudson our second home. We live "Full time" in Winter Haven, Florida but are in Hudson almost every weekend. Most of the time a LONG weekend. We have a son in college, 2 Golden retrievers, 2 cats, 7 cows, 3 wild squirrels, etc. We love to fish and hang out and watch the wildlife swim by. Our Hudson home is right next door to this home so we are usually VERY available.

Why they chose this property

Two words; Gulf front. Ain't many like it.

What makes this property unique

It's all about the location. Where else can you watch manatees and dolphins daily? Snook and other fish swim by and can be seen from the deck or seawall. Living the Gulf front life for about the cost of a decent hotel room.
