Located in a quiet neighborhood just 25 minutes away from Key West, 10 - minutes to famed Bahia Honda State Park. Voted one of the best beaches in the country!! This house was decorated and filled with all the comforts to make you feel instantly at home. Personal touches everywhere including artwork and painted murals.

A gourmet kitchen complete with all the amenities, so you don't need to pack anything extra for your stay. Open, airy and bright with color you will love staying in this exceptional home for your vacation get-a-way.

Living Room: Flat screen tv, sofas and ample seating.

Kitchen: Large well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar island.

Dining Area: Seating for 4 w/ 3 additional chairs at the breakfast bar.

Master Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with flat screen tv and en-suite bathroom with shower / tub combo

Outdoor Shower: located at the dockside.

There is a pet fee of $20.00 per day for the pet and will REDUCE your total occupancy by 1 person. Fees must be paid and arranged prior to check in.

Great Time in the Lower Keys
This is a very well supplied property with everything you need in a quiet neighborhood. The dock was super with no need for additional bumpers, and there loads of parking in the front. The Hosts are very responsive. This was our first time in the Lower Keys and we were very surprised how much there is to do, lots of water to explore on our boat with easy trip out into the Atlantic for fishing and diving (at Looe Key) plus a sheltered ride to places like Picnic Island. Plenty of places to launch our kayaks to explore the abundant life among the mangroves. We made many trips to Key West and beaches like Bahia Honda and Boca Chica (which the dogs loved). The jumping bridge is a must and the short time out kids were with us, I think that was a favorite. The restaurants nearby are very good, Kiki's Sandbar was out favorite and very accommodating to our dogs. No-Name is great and a good place to go after visiting the Blue Hole, Antonio's and Boondocks are very close by. The Square Grouper is rather pricy by good. The Crab Claws and Lobster tails at the Low Key Fisheries are worth sampling.

Loving the keys life
Perfect house for us and our family. We loved the roominess of the living room and kitchen area. Also loved that there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Great house and great location. Very private and quiet neighborhood.

This house is a great place to stay for fishing in the keys. The home is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The dock is nice, easily accessible. Plenty of parking for vehicle and trailer. Neighbors are friendly, quiet neighborhood.

Cudjoe Key is a unique neighborhood that is a favorite to those who want to vacation close to Key West but not in the busy day to day life Key West offers. The friendly neighborhoods offers safety to its residence and guests. You will often find yourself meeting people wherever you roam the roads of Cudjoe Key. The area is great to bike, walk, run or spend the day on the water.

Just a quick 20 minute drive South, you are in Key West. 20 minutes North, you are in Marathon. Either direction you have quick access to the finest restaurants, shops, beautiful beaches and waterways to the Atlantic or Gulf.

The owners of this property have been coming to the Keys since 1996 and consider it their home away from home.
The owners say "This is our go to property. I love the quiet neighborhood, the close proximity to many GREAT restaurants and the ability to go to Key West if you really want to or go out fishing, snorkeling or boating from your own dock if that is how you want to spend your do NOTHING at all."
