This is a walkable neighborhood where within minutes you can find to food (even hot chicken), grocery stores and bars. At just 2.5 miles to Downtown Nashville you are a short drive / short uber to the action of Broadway without being right in it.

At Southbound Stays, we're a husband-and-wife team who own, host, and manage our properties. As avid travelers who've experienced Nashville as both tourists and locals, our goal is to simplify travel and ensure a memorable stay for our guests. We provide plentiful amenities, clear communication and a variety of travel suggestions. Whether you're traveling solo, a couple, or friends (hello, girls trip), we are ready to welcome you!
❗️Important Considerations... there's a lot to love about Lonestar but let's be sure it's the right fit for you:
1. Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a rental agreement, including ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancellation of the reservation with applicable penalties.
2. Accessibility: Top-level (2nd floor) studio accessible via 2 full flights of stairs; pool accessed by full flight of stairs; NO elevator at the condo complex.
3. Location: This is a condo complex, therefore you may hear noise from others, occasional construction sounds.
4. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen DreamCloud hybrid bed + sleeper sofa (queen).
5. Dynamic Rates: Our rates vary based on the day of the week, season, and other factors. Please enter your exact dates and guest count for accurate pricing. For guest counts over 2 (maximum of 4 guests), an extra fee of $20 per guest per night applies, including infants and children.
6. Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 21+ per Davidson County. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times.
7. Saturday check-ins/checkouts: not available.
8. TVs: streaming services only; no local cable channels.
9. Pets: We welcome potty trained dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $15/day. Please indicate the number of dogs during or after booking. The pet fee is in addition to your reservation total and will be requested separately after making your reservation. Payment is due within 48 hours of reservation being made or immediately if reservation begins within 48 hours. Cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, and other non-human animals are NOT allowed. Additional pet "house rules" apply.
10. RVs/ Boats/ Non-Standard Vehicles: We are unable to accommodate trailers, RVs, boats, or non-standard vehicles in driveway or on street per Davidson County regulations.
11. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
12. Limitations: Cooktop only (no oven); No dishwasher; No ice maker; Wall AC/ Heat Unit.
13. Pool: Open from early May to Labor Day annually. Closed other times of the year.
14. Laundry: Onsite complex laundromat with PAY machines (washer/ dryer NOT in unit) in building next-door; no detergent is provided.
15. Building Age: Our studio underwent a complete renovation in 2022 however has retained some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos. The 1950s condo complex has areas of the building where it shows its age. Each studio/ unit is individually owned, community areas maintained by HOA/ property manager.
16. Smart Home/ Security Features: Our studio is equipped with smart home technology and security devices. A doorbell camera is installed at the entry and faces away from the interior of the studio. NO interior cameras are present. NOTE: others in condo community also have similar style security cameras. Echo devices are available and considered listening devices inside the home. If preferred, echo devices can be unplugged for your stay.
