5704 Lake Road is on the Bay of Sunset Lake. Central AC, internet and queen size beds. It is a short walk to the beach.

Refund Policy - Full refund less my vrbo charges if canceled 16 weeks or more before reservation. Cancelation within 16 weeks before stay a full refund less my vrbo charges after your reservation re-rents.

For rent is a 1100 square foot home apartment nicely furnished on the Bay of Sunset Lake. Spectacular views of the Bay from your kitchen dining area or outside dock patio dining/lounge area. Bird watching, kayaking, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, water activities are within a few feet. Access to the water is via the water front dock, pier and floating dock. 5704 Lake Road is clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Simply decorated to give an 'at home' feeling that matches the feel of a beach house, not a hotel room. You are within a short casual 15 minute walk to the ocean beach and boardwalk.

5704 Lake Road has 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms have queen size beds. One full bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Beach access is free, beach tags are not required at Wildwood Crest Beaches.
Linens, blankets and towels are not provided.
Rental is dog friendly for a friendly dog less than 15 pounds. For a larger dog your dog must be passive, quiet and friendly. Please contact me via phone to discuss your dog prior to bringing your dog.

The bay is your backyard
This property is fantastic! The bay is your backyard, the sunsets are spectacular and the owner is accommodating and friendly. Bring your crab traps!

I have been coming to Wildwood Crest since I was a child. I love the ocean, the beach and fishing. Every summer my family spent the summer at the shore. Wildwood Crest is quiet, safe and family oriented.

Why they chose this property

The Summer House on Sunset Lake and Hollywood Avenue are perfect places to relax and gather with your family. You can wake up and watch the lake and sea marshes come alive, ride your bike, fish or do a little beach combing, then spend your day at your leisure with many things to do in the area. We encourage couples or families to rent one of our apartments or home.

What makes this property unique

The Summer House is on the back bay of Sunset Lake. Bird watching, kayaking, canoeing, swimming is within a few feet of your apartment. The apartments are clean, comfortable and fulling equipped. Apartments and home are simply decorated to give an 'at home' feeling that matches the feel of a beach house, not a hotel room.
