Adorable San Marco Home, walk to the Square, close to Downtown Jax

We are back! We had a management company running this for a while and just were not happy with the level of service. It lost the personal touch and we want that back! Walk to the historic San Marco square, close to shopping, coffee, breweries parks, restaurants and downtown Jacksonville. This is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom historic bungalow has a fully an equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, stocked linens, flex space for business or for the kids, and a flat screen TV in the living room. We just recently updated the flooring throughout and added a putting green in the backyard. Our home is perfect for families to vacation, executives in town on business, medical professionals or the "just because" traveler.

Fantastic Home Away From Home!
This place FAR exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved our stay there. The beds were super comfortable. The location was very quiet yet close to San Marco square where we had dinner several nights. NIce backyard for sitting and/or playing putt putt. Several parks close by.....this place was perfect for us.

Absolutely wonderful
Absolutely beautiful home in a great location! Walking distance to many place and lots of near by parks. Allie was great and easy to reach. Allie also went above and beyond to help us find a pack-n-play for our stay as well, so appreciated! I highly recommend this home to others!!! Thank you!
