Spacious, immaculate vacation home on ½ acre of land for 30 day rental. A beautiful, modern living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen, sitting room and half bath plus laundry room are on the first floor. The master suite contains an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. There are 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom, all on the second floor. Sliding doors open to the deck, inground heated pool and outdoor shower. The home has wood and tile floors throughout, central air, a 2-car garage and additional parking. 10 minute walk to beautiful Peconic Bay and 10 minute drive to Ponquogue Beach. Easy access to stores and train station.

Great Rental
The house is perfectly located, five minutes drive from town and about 15 from the beach. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Kitchen, outside area, pool, linens, towels. Everything worked perfectly. Owner very easy to communicaete with, George responded immediately to any questions I had. Couldn't have been better!

Charming and spacious house perfect a getaway
Amazing experience at this cottage. Owner was very responsive, check-in experience was easy. House was well maintained and there’s plenty of space that allows multiple people to work from home. The deck with a pool view was my favorite work station and good location for some morning yoga. Easy access to town and peconic bay beach. It’s exactly what we needed after being in quarantine in NYC for three months.

Just as advertised, in a beautifully wooded neighborhood in low-key Hampton Bays/. Property owner was very accommodating.
