You will be in easy driving distance of beautiful parks and monuments, such as Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, the Grand Staircase Escalante national monument, the Paria wilderness, Zion's National Park and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The house sits above Wahweap creek, and you can hike along the rim for spectacular views, or drop down to explore the creek and many side canyons on foot, with a trailhead just a few blocks from the house.
