Master walks out to back deck to enjoy the relaxing porch swing and watch the stars or passing wildlife. Upstairs, you will find 2 nice rooms each with a queen bed, + office area and plenty of room to play. On the 2nd floor loft area you will also find great Pagosa Peak mountain views and common large bathroom with walk in shower. The floor below the main level has another bedroom with a full bed and fun room for kids to play games, walk out sliding doors and another full bathroom.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
