On ne peux pas appeler une maison sur l'annonce, alors que c'est un cabanon de pêche. intérieur complètement a refaire (moustiquaires cassés, ménage RIEN honteux etc...) Extérieur à néttoyer aussi au moins tailler les herbes et arbres. Alentour parfait. Mais ne croyez pas louer une maison seul au bout de la presqu'iles comme indiqué dans l'annonce, non non c'est un village de cabanon avec du bruit; Une saison ce prépare en AVRIL pas fin juin les travaux et autres se font avant l'arrivé des locataires. je ne conseille pas du tout vue le PRIX. VOUS POUVEZ AVOIR VILLA AVEC CLIM ET PISCINE. Nous savons de quoi nous parlons vivons dans une région très touristiques et chez nous cela ce passe pas comme ça (CORSE) Les propriétaires ne sont pas la que pour prendre l'argent. Olivier SEUX

Perfekt gelegen – nah am Meer - die Unterkunft ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pro: Wirklich eine super Lage, sehr nah am Meer gelegen. Contra: Die Unterkunft ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Laut Beschreibung sind die Möbel neu – vermutlich wurden sie vor mehreren Jahren neu für die Unterkunft gekauft. Die Polster-Möbel laden nicht zum darauf verweilen ein. Die Fugen in den Nasszellen machen den Eindruck, als ob sie schon seit längerem erneuert werden sollten. Im Hauptschlafzimmer wurde wohl von den Vormietern viel geraucht, und der Rauchmelder war nicht an seinem Platz. Da nur über die Terrassentüre gelüftet werden kann, konnte das Zimmer in den ersten zwei Tagen aufgrund des Rauchgeruchs nicht zum Schlafen genutzt werden. Leider konnte man uns hier nicht entgegenkommen. In zwei der drei Schlafzimmer macht sich teilweise Schimmel breit. Das WLAN ist teilweise schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden. In den letzten ein bis zwei Tagen roch es extrem nach Abwasser. Wie eine meiner Vorrednerinen schon schrieb, lässt sich die Mastersuite nicht abschließen. Das Schloss ist defekt. Urlaub in Giens haben wir schon oft gemacht. Eine Unterkunft in solch einem Zustand wie dieses Mal hatten wir bis dato zum Glück noch nicht.

Comme espéré
La location est spacieuse, bien insonorisée laissant à chacun son intimité. Elle est bien située. Nous n avons pas utilisé la voiture de tout le séjour et avons apprécié la proximité de la mer et du sentier du littoral. L épicerie du camping est très pratique pour l'appoint. Toutes les indications utiles nous ont été données à notre arrivée par Nadège. On a vécu dans un cadre naturel et magnifique coupé du monde mais assez proche du monde pour le manquer de rien. Il faut seulement penser à amener de l eau potable pour tout le séjour.

Sehr schöne Tage trotz Überraschungen
Super: nahe am Meer, eingezäuntes Grundstück, Ruhe, mehrere Aufenthaltsbereiche draußen. Nicht so gut: sehr schlechte Zufahrt/Schotterwege, Leitungswasser ist kein Trinkwasser, Mastersuite ist ein seperates, nicht abschließbares Gebäude. Lüftbar nur über die Terassentüre - ohne Mückengitter (es gab Anfang Juni viele Mücken!).

Un bungalow au calme tout près de la mer.
Le bungalow est situé près du port de la Madrague. L'emplacement est très calme. Prévoir de l'eau minérale car l'eau du robinet n'est pas consommable.

Superbe !
Charmante maison, bien équipée, spacieuse et au calme, dans un cadre enchanteur, à proximité immédiate d'une plage magnifique et de sentiers de randonnée qui parcourent la presqu'île. Accueil sympathique et arrangeant. Une très bonne adresse à retenir, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Ruhiges kleines Paradies mit viel Privatsphäre
Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in dem Haus. Jeder findet für sich eine Ecke, wenn er mal Ruhe haben will. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Zur Badebucht oder zum Kiesstrand ist es ein Katzensprung. Sehr ruhige Lage im Grünen. Die Häuser in der unmittelbaren Umgebung erinnern ein wenig an eine große Schrebergartensiedlung, alles wirkt auf charmante Weise ein wenig improvisiert und behelfsmäßig. Jeder wohnt sehr für sich, von den Nachbarn bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit. Eingezäuntes Grundstück, was für Hundebesitzer von Vorteil ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das unkomplizierte Ambiente genossen.

très bonne localisation, maison très bien aménagée même si on est nombreux on ne se gêne pas avec une grande pièce à vivre et plein d'espaces extérieurs différents, proche de la mer. les propriétaires et les personnes s'occupant de notre arrivée sont charmants.

Envie d’y rester encore.....
Petit coin de paradis au bout du monde. Tranquillité soleil nature et mer tout ce qu’on aime. La maison est agréable et assez spacieuse pour 9 personnes. L’accueil et la communication avec les propriétaires est simple et efficace. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Idéal pour qui aime le calme, la proximité de la mer et la fonctionnalité de la maison
Maison parfaite, des petits coins ou tout le monde trouve une place, la chambre des parents un peu l'écart laissant aux ados une plus grande liberté (aux parents le calme!). Belle terrasse. BBQ version XXL. La mer à 50 mètres. Des sentiers en bord de mer. Aucun bruit. Vacances de rêve loin du tourisme De masse. On reviendra....mais par contre n'oubliez pas vos prises moustiques.
