Designed by an award-winning architect, we invite you to enjoy the calm, soothing atmosphere of their sleek, modern home. This house is just a two minute bike ride along the path to the spectacular, unspoiled white sandy beaches of Rosemary Beach. It is also just a few short blocks to Rosemary’s four private pools, playground, tennis courts, spa, restaurants, and shops.

This house is excellent for a large family, two families, a group of friends, or a business retreat. It has a master suite with a king bed/private bath/balcony, a first guest room with king & a second guest room with queen & shared bath, and a loft that sleeps an additional four-six people. Even with a full house, the large patio/pool area plus the almost one thousand square feet of spacious outdoor porches and balconies give this cottage ample places to relax, read, entertain, sunbathe, or escape.

It has a large front porch with a bubbling fountain at the end, and it overlooks a lawn, an excellent place for bocce. Also, there is a large covered wooden balcony above, which is off the front master; plus, a large sun deck overlooking the pool is off the back master.

The interior offers an atmosphere of light, glass, limestone, and wood. The 1st floor is an open plan combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The large living room doors fold back, making an open flow from the front porch to the pool/patio area.

A First Family Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a lovely first family vacation with our 3 year old. Rosemary is so lovely, it’s hard to go wrong with the location! So sweet, quiet, quaint.. fairytale-like! 30A Luxury is great to work with and this was the second time in 6 months we’ve used them. Wouldn’t choose anyone else! Always helpful when we need them! As far as this specific cottage, I was a little disappointed in its condition. The house itself is beautiful, and in its prime it would have been breathtaking! It does show plenty of wear and tear now though. I wouldn’t recommend it for little kids with the stairs - especially with no bedrooms on the lower level. The pool was WONDERFUL for our daughter with the shallow end, definitely something we appreciated. Overall, I wouldn’t stay in this specific house again. I WILL use 30A Luxury again though and previously enjoyed the other rental we had our first time. The location of Astley Cottage was perfect - just a few buildings down from the ice cream shop and plenty of other shopping! Still felt secluded and we LOVED riding and walking the boardwalks. Can’t wait for the next vacation!

Beautiful home needs some updates
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: pool is great, large outdoor space, Location of home is great, very close to Main street but far enough away to be quietCons: the design of the house is beautiful but makes the house loud and less private. The house needs some basic updates due to it’s age. Bathroom fixtures and kitchen fixtures need replacement.

The furniture needs replacing, the chairs were broken.the beds are comfy, but the rooms are very cold. The IKEA furniture needs replaced. Needs a little treatment more decor!
