Beautiful Lowcountry marsh views & The Folly River surround this peaceful respite. Located on a tranquil private island, guests are also conveniently located less than a mile from the beach, and 7 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston. The community amenities include; pool, tennis, nature walking path, & crabbing dock. The condo unit includes; washer & dryer, central heating & air conditioning, vaulted ceilings with fans throughout, cable tv with wireless internet, dishwasher, microwave, full kitchen with all the comforts from home, screened porch & outdoor deck both overlooking the Folly River. Both BRs include a full BA en suite. Downstairs BR boasts a wall mounted flat screen tv, closet space and a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway that leads you to this cozy spot. Upstairs BR includes private balcony, vaulted ceiling and a soaker tub with skylight. Living room includes a pullout that sleeps 2, a wall mounted flat screen tv, and black out curtains for those of us who like to sleep in.

Listing was well below expectation
When you go on vacation, you look forward to staying at a nice place, hopefully nicer than the home you live in. The location was excellent, but this unit was sub-par to other units in the complex. It was by far the least renovated & had deferred maintenance. I would equate this to a stay at Motel Six. The owner’s pictures did not represent the actual quality of the unit. The stove looked to be 1980s original.

Fantastic Folly
Great place to stay while vacationing at Folly Beach. Condo had everything we needed. Loved sitting out on the screened porch looking at the marsh in the morning. If you are a walker this is a great area walk. Property has a nice little nature area to walk and dock you can walk out on. Nice little nature trail you can walk and sit out by the marsh. Will miss my morning walk over the bridge and down to the Pier on Folly Beach. Neighbor is peaceful and quiet. Shoping and restaurants are super close and so are grocery stores. Great location hope to stay again in the future!!!

Perfect spot for a week away!
The property was very conveniently located, just over the bridge from downtown Folly. We were close enough for a short drive to the beach but far enough to avoid the traffic. The owner had it stocked nicely when we arrived, clean towels laid out, soaps, toilet tissue, basically the essentials so we could get straight to enjoying ourselves without having to worry about running to the store. The condo was cute, had charming decor and comfortable beds. My favorite spot was the screened in porch, I spent each morning and evening there (even catching a quick nap one or twice!). The pool was clean and cold, there was a tennis court with rackets and balls, we always had something we could be doing. Definitely a great time!

Had everything we needed for family beach vacay
Our family of 5 stayed here for our 5 night beach vacation. It had everything we needed. We thought we’d be able to walk to the beach but it was further to the beach than we’d thought and you have to pay to park at Folly Beach but we found the Folly Beach public park for $15 a day and it had restrooms, and a snack bar so we parked there for the beach. It was easy drive to Charleston and close to grocery stores, communication with owner good, property and home had everything we needed.

Eddie arrived on Folly Beach over 20 years ago after growing up on the “Space Coast” of Florida. Loving the sea air and all the water activities of beach life made it easy to make Folly home.
Diney came to Folly Beach on vacation with her sister and niece. When her sister introduced her to Eddie, she knew her life would never be the same. The sand in her toes would become her new lifestyle.
Besides our beautiful beach, on this island you will find a friendly, eclectic group of locals who are passionate about protecting our natural habitat, promoting a great place to live and visit, love good food, love music and love our tourists!
