King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in guest bedroom, nice leather sofas, entertainment center, complete kitchen and more are great touches in the lovely unit.

Experience Rocky Point up close from the center of Sandy Beach. Guests can easily find the best of beach fun, laying along the edge of the property. The town and desert beach with loads of nightlife, and day time fun as well.

Unit was well-equipped and nice with great views from the comfortable balcony. VRBO listing was inaccurate. It listed 2 king beds and 2 showers. One bed was a queen and one bathroom had a tub which was very concerning to step over. I sent these concerns to the property manager and they were very responsive.

It's ok
Check in was a nightmare. The condo itself is ok. Master bathroom shower and sink drain backing up was the only issue. Would have been nice to know the swim-up bar was under construction.
