Welcome to our wonderful updated Bethany Beach three bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse located only approximately 1/2 mile to the beach and boardwalk. Walk, bike, or take the Bethany beach trolley, which will pick you up just down the street. This townhouse is located in the quiet residential community of Villas of Bethany West, centrally located in Bethany Beach, close to restaurants and shopping.

This house is fully equipped with everything that you need for a relaxing vacation. The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, microwave, and coffee pot. The living area includes a 55" TV, Electric Fireplace, Audio System, WiFi, and comfortable seating. The dining area comfortably seats 8, including a dining room table and bar stools.

A great 3 season room was part of the 2019 update that has a couch, 2 swivel chairs, and a 4 seat pub table. Off the 3 season room is a gas grill!

The quiet residential community has a HUGE Swimming Pool with a kiddie pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop, and a small playground. There is no extra fee for using the community pool and tennis courts. There is also a community pond, which is a Salt Pond, with a dock for launching your kayak or canoe.

This townhouse includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It sleeps, 8 people. Bedroom #1(master) has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom # 2 has a Queen bed with a trundle twin under it, and Bedroom # 3 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Linens are not included, so please plan to bring your own linens and towels.

This townhouse is within walking distance or an easy bike ride to the BEACH, restaurants, coffee shop, boardwalk, etc. Wawa, Rita's, Grotto Pizza, and many restaurants are just steps away!

This house is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Wonderful Spot
The place was fantastic. The location was perfect for us since it was less than a mile from the beach...which meant avoiding the crowds. Surprisingly, the restaurants near the house (walking distance) were great. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The 3-season porch was perfect. The ease of getting into the property was also quick and easy. I strongly suggest staying at this location. You won't regret it.

Wonderful!
The townhouse was perfect for our week in Bethany. We usually stay ocean side but figured we’d do something different this year and it ended up being a nice change of pace. We enjoyed having access to the pool and courts and the handful of restaurants that are within a few minutes walk. Getting to the main area of Bethany can be done easily; it’s a short drive, 15-20 min walk or a trolley ride away. The house itself was perfect! Check-in was simple, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. It still looks just like the pictures in the listing. It had everything we needed and then some (fully stocked kitchen, plenty of clothes hangers, wall hooks etc). The extra touches made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience for everyone
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful charming house. Our little grandsons love the sun room to eat their breakfast and play games in the evening. Each of the rooms were thoughtfully and artfully decorated to make one feel relaxed and welcome. Checkin was a breeze. Everything were in working condition to make our stay enjoyable.

Modern and cozy with a great pool!
We love coming to Bethany Beach and have made it a family tradition. This is a nice quiet community with a large pool that my kids love. The rental was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Cozy and comfortable
We loved our stay in the Villas of Bethany West. David was a gracious and communicative host. The property had just the right amenities for us and it’s located central to both beach activity (parking pass was clutch!) and trail hiking/biking along the canal and Salt Pond. We’re an active family and this property perfectly suited us, giving comfortable accommodations to relax/recharge before we headed out an another adventure. A long weekend made comfortable and easy by a fun place to stay.

We live in Pittsburgh, PA with our 2 beach-loving boys. We have been vacationing at the Villas of Bethany Beach for the past 10 years and just love it!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this townhouse for two reasons. First, we love Bethany Beach. We love the fact that it is family- oriented, quiet and relaxing. Secondly, we love the Villas of Bethany Beach due to the location. We love riding our bikes to the beach, walking to WaWa for coffee, using the community pool, crabbing in the nearby salt pond, playing tennis, riding the trolley (for only a quarter!)and walking to our favorite (and Bethany's top restaurant), Off the Hook.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy our townhouse because of the comfort. We know that you will feel right at home! The built-in bunk beds in the kid's bedroom allow 4 children to sleep comfortably. The 3 season room provides a nice place to relax while looking out onto a well-manicured yard.
