Bel appartement, vue superbe, mais peut mieux faire.
Appartement idéalement placé. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Climatisation parfaite. Bien équipé. Manque cependant un store banne pour profiter de la terrasse la matinée . Le parasol disponible est en mauvais état. Cependant, petit bémol concernant le ménage à l'arrivée. Le canapé est très abimé et a nécessité un coup d'aspirateur. La bonde des douches obstruée par des résidus très ancien. Pas agréable de devoir la déboucher et la nettoyer. Tout le pourtour du bac de douche est carrément rempli de moisissures. Attention, la largeur de passage pour rentrer dans la douche fait environ 35 cm. Forte corpulence s'abstenir. Ces remarques sont destinées à améliorer les choses. Malgré cela nous essaierons tout de même de revenir l'année prochaine car l'appartement est agréable, lumineux et la vue est superbe.

appartement très bien situé, très pratique et fonctionnel. Grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer très agréable. Les meubles sont un peu usagés et mériteraient d'être changés (cana, table salle à manger)

Idéalement situé, superbe vue depuis la terrasse
Appartement propre et récent. Situé dans une résidence calme proche de la plage des Elmes. Boulangerie à proximité et centre ville à 1000m, réalisable à pied. Logement avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine et équipements électroménager. Très belle terrasse avec vue sur mer. Un store aurait été appréciable pour en profiter le matin. Confort literie trop ferme dans les 2 chambres. Le gros point noir est dans l'absence de climatisation (appartement au dernier étage)qui nécessite de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit pour rafraîchir (30° C atteint dans le logement) et pas top avec le passage des trains à partir de 6h du matin. Place de parking à disposition dans la résidence peu ergonomique. Appartement qui mériterait un peu plus de suivi ou de respect des locataires (poubelle cuisine cabossée et couvercle détaché, mitigeur évier cuisine branlant, dessus table cuisine tâché et abîmé). Avec une meilleure literie, une climatisation et un store sur la terrasse, il serait parfait!

Bel appartement bien situé avec vue sur la mer. Propre, bien agencé, et avec tout le nécessaire. Manque que la climatisation.
