Beautiful condo in Aliso Viejo

Imagine a thoughtfully planned village within the prestigious city of Aliso Viejo. Located 5 miles from the beautiful Laguna Beach. With almost 1,200 sq. ft. of living space, this 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms. The dinning room is adjacent to a large gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances, and granite counter tops. The master bathroom has recently been remodeled with frameless shower doors. The laundry room is located next to the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer.


***Summer prices will vary. June, July, August will be $135 per day due to higher demand and increase in electricity.

**WE DO REQUIRE A RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNED IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED. A full refund will be made if cancelled 30 days from reserved date. Photo ID’s of each tenant will be required for security purposes

Very comfortable and great location!
Loved this condo in the wonderful community of Aliso Viejo. It is clean, well equipped, with very nice updates in kitchen and bathrooms. Owner is attentive. Lots of space and light!
