Great impressions
First time in the area and wanted to enjoy a place on the lake with great views, to which the townhouse was a perfect fit. Good location, walking distance to the Marina where you can go for good burgers and music and further enjoy the fantastic views.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this town home because of its magnificent views of the lake that it borders. We are fascinated by the various waterfowl that live near by, including our "pet" great blue heron whose fishing skills you will see in the video. We also enjoy seeing the pontoon and other boats going by. This is a very peaceful place and the sunrises out the upstairs bedroom windows are spectacular.

What makes this property unique

Once we get here we hate to leave because every day on the lake is different. The various activities in the Village are wonderful including golf, swimming, hiking, biking and boating. One of us has developed a fondness for pickleball, and there are numerous courts both inside and outside for this newly popular sport.
