The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with Smart TV/DVD and the bathroom is just steps away. With a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room, there is space for Everyone!!! This unit also has a Washer and Dryer, and all bed and bath linens- just bring your beach towel and start enjoying your vacation.

Please Note:
The west side stairwell is for emergency use only for security reasons as it is close to the public beach access. The east side stairwell in the garage is open, however, for people who would prefer that over the elevator and is to the right as guests leave the unit.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
