Beautiful Gulf Front Condominium with great amenities and access to beach. Next door to Bowditch Park and within walking distance to the Time Square Area, Pier, Restaurants and shopping. Our one bedroom/ one bathroom unit has all the essentials of home to make this your perfect beach vacation. The great room setup includes a large family room area, dining area and kitchen, all over looking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a bedroom with a king size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower setup. Other amenities include Free WiFi, towels and linens, sleeper sofa in family room, on-site laundry room (coin operated), free parking, key-less entry, large heated pool and direct beach access - sand at your door step. Make this your next beach vacation spot! Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).

Nice place
Loved the place and location. Only issue I had was when booking the place the location of the ping on the google map and the actual location were different. The map showed it alot closer to city center and I didnt catch it until after I booked so pay attention Still a good place and would stay again.
