Ocean House II Unit 2905 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 950 sq. ft. condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Two parking passes maximum allowed for this property to be purchased on site.
*Please note: March 1st – November 1st - $30 per pass weekly. If guests stay longer than a week you must purchase a pass for each week of the stay.
November 1st – February 28th - $30 per pass a month

The main living space offers a cozy living area with Queen sleeper sofa, cozy chairs, HDTV, and coastal décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. The condo also offers an indoor & outdoor dining areas and bar seating. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, HDTV, and bathroom access for privacy. The Master bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo. The Front Guest bedroom has a King Bed, HDTV, and a private bathroom.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two parking passes maximum to be purchased on site upon arrival. *Please see note regarding parking above.* The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

First trip with kids
We had a great time and the property was exactly what we needed for our stay. Loved the ease of access to the pool and beach. The elevators worked in a timely manner. We spent a lot of time on the balcony! Our 4 year old kept saying it was the best condo ever. (She hasn’t ever been anywhere else, but it was comfortable and we most likely will stay again! ) The only recommendation would be to add access to a broom. There was a vacuum, but with littles we did have a crumb + sand combo. I would have swept more as it is less cumbersome than a vacuum. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location, comfortable surroundings, perfect balcony
The location is perfect. Being on the beach is amazing, but we also appreciated being close to restaurants and shopping. Parking was easy and close. The only downfall is one elevator for the entire building - I stressed the whole time about what we would do if the elevator failed since we were on the 9th floor (I have a severely sprained ankle at the moment). The condo is comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and decently comfortable furniture. The highlight is the balcony with access from the living room and the bedroom, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Also appreciated the well-stocked closet on the balcony - we used the beach chairs a couple of times.

Great Condo/Amazing view
My friend and I spent a week in Gulf Shores. Pros View is awesome Condo location is great Clean Easy to get in Cons New toaster needed, one piece does not toast and the other burns Would have liked to have the doorwall open for fresh air. Overall stay We loved this condo. The view from the balcony was great. Location was perfect Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. We only made breakfast, kitchen had everything we needed There are a couple of options for umbrella/chair rental. We used Gulf Coast rental. It was 1/2 the price of Ike’s. You do have to take your chairs and umbrella in every night but we found it not a big deal at all.

Gulf shores 2024
The condo its self was fine....the building is in need of work. The elevator stopped suddenly at floor nine, doors wouldn't open, and went back to floor 7....that was our first trip and a bad way to start our stay. We decided to leave early due to weather, and when we began to load , the elevator didn't work at all. I carried much of our stuff down nine stories (and walked back up twice!). It's notable that exterior doors and trim are rusting and need painting/repair. I'm not sure what the $30 parking fee was for. In general, just not what we expected and the elevator situation was truly frustrating.
