Wisteria Apartment 400 mt from the sea

Apartment in villa inside a residence, with private entrance, wrapped in the wonderful well-tended garden that certainly there "apart", with a variety of plants, trees, flowers and a fantastic green lawn area equipped with deck chairs, where you can enjoy a little 'sunshine

In the common area you will find a mini playground, a fabulous indoor barbecue with adjoining wood-fired oven, free car parking, a second outdoor shower, as well as the laundry area.

All bedrooms provided with linens, overlooking the garden and some partial sea view.
The bathroom shower, it will be provided with a set towels. Even the comfortable kitchen, equipped with cutlery, plates and all the 'needed to organize lunches, dinners or have breakfast while enjoying the fabulous view. Living / dining room with sofa bed, overlooking the porch and garden, with large windows and sea view.

The apartment accommodates up to a maximum of 4 plus 2 people on the sofa bed.

The main airports of Palermo and Trapani, are just 20-30 minutes away.

The fabulous beach of sea bream Balestrate, well-equipped private beaches over the part completely free, is about 400 meters away.

The town is about 500 meters easily accessible on foot.

The property's location, close to the motorway, will allow you to reach within a few kilometers, the most important tourist destinations both beaches that of historical and cultural interest: Scopello, Zingaro Nature Reserve, Selinunte, Trapani, Palermo, Segesta, Monreale , Egadi Island .....

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Sie war sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet (Massivholzmöbel, Holzzargen und Holztüren...). Eine wundervolle überdachte Terrasse mit ebenfalls schönen Massivholzmöbeln. Der gemeinsame Grillplatz, genutzt von vier Parteien, ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Gemauerter Grill, Steinspülbecken, großer Pizzaofen, Sitzgelegenheiten (alles überdacht). Netter Kontakt und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Ottimo soggiorno
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo prezzo è ottimo. L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative sia intermini di pulizia e che di confort. Con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la bellissima spiaggia. Il proprietario è assolutamente cordiale e disponible a dispensare mille consigli. Sicuramente da consigliare!

L'appartamento ha tutti i confort e i proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Balestrate ha una bella spiaggia di sabbia non affollata neanche ad agosto. Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo soluzione !!
La casa è ben arredata, molto comoda, pulita, ben dotata di tutto quello che serve e con un meraviglioso giardinano che ci ha permesso di passare ottimi momenti con gli amici in tutta comodità anche grazie al barbecue, tavoli e sdrai all'esterno ....il tutto vicino al mare ed ad un caratteristico paese siciliano.

Una vacanza in paradiso.
Siamo appena tornati da dieci giorni splendidamente trascorsi presso la casa di Roberto. L'appartamento è FAVOLOSO, arredato con gusto e con delle rifiniture che ne aumentano sicuramente il pregio. Se non bastasse questo, poi, basta aprire la grande vetrata per godersi una vista mozzafiato sui tramonti di Balestrate (peccato per la casa lasciata all'abbandono lì accanto, ma questo non è certo una colpa del proprietario di Giardini del Golfo!). La spiaggia non è lontana ed è sia libera che attrezzata. Se avete bambini molto piccoli, tenete presente che c'è un pezzetto in salita, quindi può risultare faticoso con il passeggino e converrebbe muoversi in auto. Il paese è carino e offre intrattenimento e, soprattutto, buon cibo. Inoltre Balestrate è il perfetto punto di partenza per le vostre escursione: Marsala, Scopello, Castellamare, fino alla stupenda Favignana. Il tocco in più della vacanza è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha consigliato i migliori ristoranti e locali a Balestrate, ma anche i posti imperdibili nei dintorni. Non c'è davvero nulla di negativo da dire, la Sicilia è stupenda e vi ruberà il cuore così come è successo a noi!
