We really liked the location in Valle de Guadalupe. The unit was a duplex, and unfortunately the neighbors were very loud after 10pm. The property is perfect for 2 families / friends. We didn't know the other group and they were loud and having fun. I would definitely book again with another family, but not alone. They had a nice area to have a fire and pizza oven too. Each duplex could accommodate up to 5 people.
Overall the owner was very communicative and responsive. We had a issue finding the location however the person in charge answered right away and helped me find it. The home is made up of 2 studios so unless you rent both you will have neighbors. We had a group of younger adults next to us but they were very respectful and made is feel very comfortable and turned off the music and noise at the designated time. The property is located in a remote area, which is common for rentals in Valle, however be warned that you want to check in during the day as it can be intimidating checking in at night when you don't know where you are going. The land itself is HUGE and there seems to be at least one other home, besides the one we stayed at, on site. It is very secluded however it was a beautiful setting and we were not bothered by anyone. I hope to stay here again but I would bring a bigger group and maybe be allowed to bring a band or do some outdoor cooking which I think may be allowed with prior permission.
