This classy, comfortable home is perfect for anyone that just wants to get away. There is a great fenced yard with a private pool and a wonderful area for barbequing or lounging in the sun. The main living quarters are located upstairs with an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Gathering together here is easy to do. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a nice deck with a beautiful view and a cooling sea breeze. Downstairs is a lovely bedroom and half bath. There is an outdoor shower right outside the entry door. Also, a nice breakfast nook. The driveway has plenty of room for parking a boat.

Best place I have stayed in Mansfield by far
Wow, what a great set up, we were so relaxed, the location is at the end of the island, can see the bay, the sun screen by the pool, the cool down stairs room, added privacy to a new fishing friend. The grill was nice, which is very unusual, the place had all we needed, like paper towels, soap. The huge shower upstairs was amazing. One suggestion, would be to change out the toilet seats to oval from the old round version, this would cost 30 bucks and would really make a big comfort difference

Perfect place to stay
I took my kids there for a mini getaway and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house is huge, with plenty of space for games and fun. We did lots of cooking and feasting around the table together. The pool was the perfect cool down for a hot day. There is a fantastic view of the sunrise from the deck, and paired with my coffee and quiet time it was amazing. The property manager Renee was a delight to work with and was very responsive with my concerns and questions. Several of my friends saw my snapchat/facebook posts and have already inquired with me for info. I would stay here again! Thank you!

House has everything you need and then some. The lap pool was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone
