The point is the prime spot in MontaƱita. Home to international surf events and the best place for families or any group of guests who wish to enjoy a more authentic side to our town. Peaceful, yet a short walk to the vibrant party of MontaƱita. Best waves in South America and stunning sunsets outside your door. Restaurants, tiendas, tatoo parlors and yoga studios are some of the amenities in our neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Our exclusive units are located in a private and fenced yard for a quiet and relaxed setting. Rooms are clean, cool and secure. Rooms have a deadbolt lock, smoke detector, wi-fi and air conditioner. Room has a private bathroom and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach. Our public area located just outside the gate with our Craft Brewery / Beach bar restaurant and Board Shop. 5 minute walk to the town center.
