PARADISE RIGHT ON THE WATER !
Two bedroom, two ensuite full baths Included a 27 foot boat slip available for your use. There is a private covered porch as well as large deck on the waters edge ( shared ) for your picnic or just lazing watching the boats go by. Water views from every window. Magnificent sunset views. Beautiful nature everywhere you look!

We are the ONLY property with plenty of FREE parking for your trucks and trailers

This unit features a living room/dining room with views of the Hoffmans Canal and Grassy Sound Bay!

The main bedroom has a queen size bed also with views of the water and sunset!

The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room.

We offer a linen service $75 as you require. NO SHEETS , PILLOW CASES OR TOWELS ARE INCLUDED

The kitchen is fully outfitted for your convenience!

Bayview is down a peaceful no outlet street! Conveniently located centrally between Wildwood and North Wildwood! Most of Wildwoods activities are literally only minutes away!

Acme grocery store is 5 blocks away!

Historic Cape May is only a 20 min ride!



Enjoy your favorite beverage on the covered porch while watching the sunset over the bay. Life is grand!
The floating dock is great for fishing and all sorts of water sports. Sunbath on the dock on the bay! Just kick back and relax!
There is a public boat launch approximately a mile away.
Come enjoy Wildwood's beach, one of the last FREE beaches around.
Enjoy wine tasting? Cape May County is quickly becoming one of the sought out destinations for that. 5 vineyards within easy driving distance.
Less than a quarter-mile away is a free public park that has tennis, a skate park, and an area with swings etc. for the young ones. The island is great for bicycling. You can bike the entire length of the boardwalk until noon.
The Acme is five blocks away for convenient shopping during your stay .

Being so close to the bay’s edge to watch the boats go by really can take you away.. the sunsets were wonderful.. the house was just right with good modern equipment..

Great Stay in N. Wildwood, NJ
We were looking for a last minute place in Wildwood where we could bring our two Doxies (first time trip with them). Maybe a little more than we wanted to spend but the location was ideal, especially for the pups. Quiet dead end street right on the bay. A real nice dock to tie up a boat or jet ski right in the canal. Friendly neighbors. I want to address concerns from some other posts. Not going to lie, you can hear noise from the second floor. More of a concern the first night when there were 5 younger guys there. They were not obnoxious or anything but you could hear what they were saying. Fortunately for us they left Sunday and it was fairly quiet the rest of the week. I am curious if they could hear us as well. I think generally just a little respect and courtesy can keep this small inconvenience at bay. I saw another post mention flies. It was strange that there were some flies that would appear but definitely not a nuisance in any way. I honestly would not consider this a distraction. At least they are are just small house flies and not green heads. Enough with that, we absolutely loved the place. Everything you need in 1 floor living. Very well kept and clean. Nicely furnished all around. So much natural light. We were looking to just relax and unwind with no schedule and this was the perfect place to do it. I found a home in the chair that looked out the back patio sliding doors, what a view! We never had to call the owners once. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We might be back for 2 weeks next year!

Our stay was just okay
The location was nice. Right near the water. Great views. However, we had concerns about the property itself. There were flies in side the house at all times. We had the windows closed because of AC; not sure where they were coming from. Also, the 2nd floor tenants were loud. It was very easy to hear them walking around. They played music very loudly and we could hear them talking. Walls were paper thin.

Beautiful, comfortable and CLEAN!!
Our stay in this home in North Wildwood was just what we needed! The owner, Rob, is super-easy to communicate with (all through text) and the house was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The clean smell was the first thing we noticed when we walked in. We brought our own bed linens and towels due to Covid, but they are available there for when things get back to normal (hopefully sooner than later!). The kitchen was well stocked with all the items one could need while there. We particularly enjoyed eating and playing games at the table down by the docks and taking in the views. Highly recommend renting this property!
