Beautiful townhouse located in a small beach front community(Summer haven) in Miramar Beach. It takes just 2 min walk from the property to our gorgeous, white sand beach! Very quiet and breezy ambiance, you can hear the sound of waves from the balcony. Property has 2 private parking lots in front of the house and a super nice private patio with grill, where can enjoy beautiful Florida sunset. Just renovated entire second floor.
This property has a luxury air. Gorgeous marble bathrooms, high quality mattresses, linen bedding, soft professionally cleaned towels. House is located in central of everything. Beach stores, cart rentals, pharmacy, fast food, grocery stores( winn-dixie) are just couple miles away. Short walk on the deck along the beach to Whale’s Tail restaurant and few more min to Pompano Joe’s seafood restaurant. Silver Sand premium outlets is located just 5 min away. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, bicycle set provided.

Amazing First Trip to Florida!
Our stay was amazing! Comfortable beds and Super clean!!! Absolutely no complaints!! Walk to the beach was fine with our 8 and 12 year old. Quiet and peaceful!!

Perfect
Probably the best VRBO Rental I've had, fairly priced for the location. 2 minute walk to the beach with private entrance. The condo was spacious and included all of the amenities needed including towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs, a grill, and even bikes to take on the strip. Can't recommend this property enough.

We came from Europe almost 6 years ago. Destin was our first Destination ! We felt in love with this beautiful beach and relaxing atmosphere so just decided to not go anywhere else. When we bought this townhouse first our thoughts were “ we’ll remodel it as our home” . I like how everything came out : clean, nice, modern relaxing space !

Why they chose this property

This townhouse is located in a high desirable are in Miramar Beach. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance, gorgeous deck along the beach to walk with your kids and enjoy Florida sunset. Tiki bar is just across the street from the property. Grocery or the Silver Sand outlets mall is less then 3 min drive.

What makes this property unique

House is immaculate clean. All beddings are Professional washed after each stay.
This property has a private back porch with gas grill. A lot of space for kids to play , to storage your beach staff or just spend evening time enjoying ocean breezy air.
