New contemporary house with garden of 615 m2 in a dead end in a quiet subdivision, 2 or 3 private parking spaces in the paved driveway leading to the garage. Beautifully decorated house, 10 minutes from the beaches on foot, in the charming seaside resort of Pouldu, with its wild beaches and coastal paths. At 20 m at the back of the house hiking trails and mountain biking. House very comfortable and bright with large windows, a very spacious and friendly kitchen with central island of 2. 20 m long 2 sinks, you can cook with friends with ease. Roof terrace very nice with its wicker garden furniture braided to relax or have a snack with friends and family. Sea and countryside view.

À mon arrivée sur place à Clohars-Carnoët j'ai été agréablement surprise par la propreté et la qualité de l'hébergement. Tout était conforme aux photos et à la description sur le site. (Logement situé dans une impasse donc le top aucune nuisance !!) J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement à toutes les personnes cherchant une location de qualité pour leurs vacances. Pour Découvrir le pays de Gauguin entre plages du Pouldu et sites culturels. Balades, randonnées…Notre séjour a été absolument inoubliable grâce à la beauté de la villa, son cadre exceptionnel et à la qualité des prestations. Je tiens également à remercier la maman du propriétaire pour sa disponibilité suite aux petits aléas rencontrés avec Abritel. La villa ait parfaitement entretenue et équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer des vacances relaxantes et agréables. Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander cette villa à mes amis et à ma famille, et j'espère avoir la chance de revenir bientôt pour en profiter à nouveau. Je remercie aussi la gentillesse de la Dame pour son accueil et sa disponibilité à notre arrivée ainsi que ces bonnes adresses de resto ;-)

Très agréable séjour au Pouldu
La maison est très agréable, décorée avec goût et bien située (sur les hauteurs du Pouldu, un sentier permet d’accéder au bourg et aux plages en 15 minutes à l’aller mais ça grimpe un peu au retour avec les enfants). Anthony est très disponible (par sms). La maison est très récente et très bien équipée (avec un super bon point pour la literie), il manque juste quelques finitions et surtout un portail à l’entrée et à l’arrière de la maison pour assurer la tranquillité d’esprit et la sécurité avec les enfants en bas âge. Merci pour ce séjour.

Sehr sauber; modernes, sehr geräumiges Haus mit guter und gemütlicher, geschmackvoller Ausstattung; Toller Meerblick von der Dachterasse; ruhige Lage am Rand eines Neubaugebietes; Mehrere auch sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe; gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge in der Region; unkomplizierter Check-In / Check-Out.

Très bien
Jolie maison neuve bien équipée au calme avec vue sur mer depuis la terrasse. La maison est fonctionnelle et très propre. Anthony est accueillant et de bon conseil pour faire découvrir les environs. N'oubliez pas de passer par Doëlan pour une belle visite et une pêche en mer au lancer. Je recommande cette location.
