Good Stay
The charming houses were enough space for our large group, the man who worked on the vineyard was a huge help! We even pulled in pretty late and he was still available. The rooms were nice. The large kitchen may need some new pots and pans though, and the linoleum above the stove is a fire hazard. There is leaking in the ceiling of the smaller kitchen. And the jets in the hot tub were not all working. I am worried about that fire hazard though. Overall, it was a nice stay. I loved the view and waking up to the red rocky mountains! The vineyard was a nice area.

Perfect Venue
We stayed here for 2 nights and had the entire place to ourselves the one afternoon into the night for our small wedding reception. This small vineyard is so pretty and the layout is perfect for small events. Our family loved staying in both of these houses, which are beautiful and have all the amenities and more inside. We were genuinely impressed by how nice the houses were. The groundskeeper is the sweetest guy, who lives on the property. He helped us a lot the couple days we were there. Overall, awesome stay and we would recommend it to anyone for either a weekend stay in Moab, or as a wedding venue.

Mostly Great!
This is a beautiful property located in a small vineyard. We had a family reunion there with over 30 people (mostly kids). There is a swing set, a big grassy area, and a tall look-out tower that the kids enjoyed. You are not allowed in the actual vineyard that surrounds the property. There is a little wine store on the property that is not owned by Vacasa. They won’t have any answers if you have questions. Here’s where we had issues: Vacasa does not communicate with you. We booked this property through VRBO 6 months in advance and paid in full. I messaged them several times through out those 6 months. Nothing. No response. Found out later that Vacasa has their own app that they would prefer to message you on. They sent me an email the morning of with a few details. I had to click a link and read the fine-print in order to find a house code. Meanwhile, we were locked out of the guest house for 2 hours while we tried to find a phone number to call. The landscaper who lives on the property came over to check on us. He said that many people have been locked out of the guest house for hours. This is a common problem. If there was a guest book available in the main house with a few simple instructions we wouldn’t have had so many issues. Here are a few other issues that could have been resolved with a simple book of instructions: Where to throw out the trash? No code to the guest house? No code to the lock on the hot tub? No extra toilet paper in guest house? The houses were pretty clean an comfortable. The floors did turn the bottoms of our feet black so that was concerning. But over all it was a good place to stay.

2 Large homes for a family reunion.
We loved the property. It was clean and spacious for our large group. Had one or two problems that were rectified immediately. I would certainly recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family reunion.
The homes had plenty of space for numerous guests. The wine tasting was a hit with many of the guests. Views were amazing from the homes.

The best place we’ve stayed in Moab
We had a larger group and this property fit us perfectly. Everyone has there own space and the central patio was exactly what we needed for gathering. It was shaded and allowed for all day comfort in the summer heat. Host and property manager were easy to work with and made sure we had a great trip. Will definitely come back again.

Just expect a place to sleep
We rented both houses on this property. Let me start off by saying these houses are large enough to fit 20-30 people. The houses are nice on the inside and have basic necessities such as dishes, towels, beds, linens, and are tidy houses. But if you are planning on using any nice-to-have listed featured in these houses, I would book somewhere else. We booked this house because we had a large group participating in a race in Moab this weekend. One of the main features on this house's listing was a hot tub. We were looking forward to getting a few hot soaks in after multiple long race days. The first night we go out to the hot tub to only come to find out that it does not work. That would have been nice to know in any communication prior to paying for the house. Also, we were promised a large grill. We were planning to use this grill to feed our group of 22, but it also did not work. There was also a pizza oven listed on the house's listing and even though we were not planning on using it, guess what, it also did not work. Do not expect more than just a place to sleep with these houses.

Not the place if you are looking for privacy
This is not a place if you want privacy. There is a person living in a trailer on the property who is out during the day. There are people on the property adjacent to the houses as part of wine making.

We were not given a key code to enter the property and no phone number to contact anyone.
The two houses were nicely equipped, and comfortable. The problem was dealing with the manager. We had no key code to enter the house, no phone number, just a vague email that told us not to bother the caretaker on site. We had an unexpected couple join us with a medically certified service dog. We emailed Vacasa and they said the dog was no problem and they would email the manager. The manager stopped by twice, to tell us to get the dog off the property and threatened to fine us and evict us on the afternoon of receiving the email that the dog was approved to be there. A lot of added stress that you don’t want on vacation.

Potentially a great place, poor service mgt
Property wasn’t ready on day and time promised, 26 people, two hotel rooms worth of shampoo and soap, no replenishment, shower backs up in main house, disposal not working, horrible stink, many beds missing sheets and pillowcases, never provided, had to sleep on mattresses with blankets, no toilet paper in guest house, ever and water pressure at a sprinkle in houses, brad nails sticking out of carpet trim, deck boards warped creating tripping hazards, you get the idea. Would have discussed any of this if they would even call me back. Service needs to improve dramatically to consider coming back.
