Location ne correspondant pas à la réservation
Le gérant (Laurent) est très agréable et a la volonté de satisfaire ses clients. Il loue des appartements qui se situent dans 2 résidences distinctes. Ceux ci sont fonctionnels et bien placés par rapport aux Thermes et le centre ville. Toutefois, l'appartement loué n'était pas celui qui figurait dans l'annonce . Le gérant nous avait averti qu'il y aurait changement en raison d'indisponibilité de celui que nous avions vu sur l'annonce, mais il ne nous avait pas dit que c'était dans une résidence différente de l'annonce donc de la photo et qu'il n'y avait pas le même environnement extérieur (terrasse et parc notamment) et surtout que celui-ci était au bord de la route principale d'entrée dans la ville, donc extrêmement bruyant en journée à partir de 6h du matin. Par ailleurs, l'état de propreté est très décevant : il a fallu procéder au nettoyage des lieux alors que les frais sont comptabilisés dans la location (douche sale et présentant des moisissures très prononcées, étagère de rangement au dessus du WC, en inox très rouillé, bac à lessive du lave-linge gorgé de moisissures , chambre très poussiéreuse particulièrement sous le lit , housse de banquette sale....) et étendage à linge rouillé. C'est dommage .

Appartement charmant, un peu vieillot mais tres fonctionnel et donnant sur un beau jardin
Le gérant est vraiment très avenant et à l écoute des besoins des locataires, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la convivialité durant notre séjour. La résidence est très bien placée par rapport aux thermes et aux cafés/ restos/ commerces, c est un plus appréciable.

Tout était vraiment parfait, un chaleureux accueil et séjour vraiment au calme,sans oublier le côté jardin où nous pouvons nous reposer avec soleil et plantes comme amis
