The condo was well located and the pool was fabulous.

Upon arrival, my initial impression from the parking lot was not great & made me question why I had booked to stay there. Upon locating my Condo, it was found to be more than adequate. I totally enjoyed my stay in this small community & would highly recommend it.

Awesome Location
Excellent host communication, super helpful. Location was perfect , close to running /biking trails on canal and close to free trolley. Very quiet condo area which we really appreciated. Place was spotless .

Why they chose this property

Ryan has had over 38 family members own/rent in Polynesian Paradise so when the opportunity came up for us to own, we jumped on it. The location can not be beat when exploring and/or visiting the area. Located next to freeways, adjacent several cities for exploring, and all this area has to offer. Single level subdivision made of block so noise and privacy a plus. It is a perfect, quiet little place, away from the "downtown" scene and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do (and all our guest).

What makes this property unique

Polynesian Paradise is an older, SINGLE level community with a huge heated pool. Our unit is an end unit so noise is not an issue. Another reason we love this place!
