The house offers a very functional space of 50 square meters extended by a beautiful east / south terrace with views of a Verdonian panorama.

In RDC, big room to be lived with kitchen, dining room and living room.
Upstairs two bedrooms, one with bunk beds.

A beautifully open terrace on the fields that are attached to the property.
You face the Gorges entrance.
Children can run in the fields in front of the house.

Equipment: hob, microwave oven, mini oven, washing machine, TV, DVD player, garden furniture, deckchairs, BBQ, etc.
Baby equipment on request.

The property of Ricard remains partly dedicated to the agricultural life of or punctual presence of tractors and proximity with chennils

Agréable sauf pour les chiens
La maisonnette était très agréable et propre et nous l'avons bien apprécié. La procedure d'arrivee et depart etait tres facile. Malheureusement nous avons beaucoup souffert du bruit des chiens des voisins (même si nous aimons les chiens et nous avons déjà possédé un chien). Un chien était attaché jour et nuit à la grange d'en face et aboyait dès qu'on entrait ou sortait de la maison. Deux autres chiens très agressives nous ont bloqué le chemin vers l'ouest et ont aboyé agressivement alors que nous voulions l'utiliser pour enlever les ordures. Cinq autres chiens sont enfermés dans des conditions douteuses dans des chenils à 20 m de la maison et aboyaient parfois bruyamment et agressivement pendant plus d'une heure. À notre avis, c'est un très gros problème pour les couples ou les familles qui aiment la paix et la tranquillité. Malgré le bel appartement, nous ne pourrons malheureusement pas revenir à cause du bruit et de l'agressivité des chiens.

Exactement ce que j'imaginais
Idéalement situé au calme de tout et pourtant tout proche des commodités. Même si le séjour était hors saison, j'ai pu trouver tout ce dont j'avais besoin. L'hébergement doit être encore plus agréable en saison pour profiter des extérieurs paisiblement. A conseiller sans aucune réserves!
