Bathe in the sunshine in this 1950s California ranch house, kick back on the patio, or relax poolside. Your rental gives you a completely outfitted private studio with queen bed and bath, living area, full kitchen with refrigerator, range and oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Private entrance and parking. The studio is decorated with a unique retro charm and features large windows (black out shades for evening) and mid-century furnishings. Guests will love the location. Enjoy all common areas such as patio, pool and outdoor seating area.

This unit is a separate, self contained 450-square foot studio. But please note that it shares this property with a main house that may be occupied during the time of your rental. So you may see others using the pool and backyard patio.

Just Right
The property worked out perfectly. Extremely pleasant studio with everything a single or couple need for a relaxing visit to Long Beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable and the owner clearly takes care of the space. Excellent communication before and during the rental stay. Would gladly stay here again.
