Ideally located, beaches and all shops nearby.
Access beach of Basques by stairs in 5 min, downtown and other beaches in 10min walk by a superb panoramic walk overlooking the Côte des Basques
It includes a living room of 30m ² with equipped kitchenette (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, washing machine), a large closet, a loggia (sea view through a curtain of greenery) and a room of 10m ² with loggia.
In the living room a comfortable sofa bed 2 pers. and in the bedroom 2 twin beds of 80cm convertible into a bed of 160cm
Closed parking with a reserved place.
Bus stop for the train station and the airport at 100m. Free shuttle to downtown and all beaches.

Bel appartement idéalement situé
Nous avons réservé 15 jours cet appartement. Très bonne communication et acceuil par la propriétaire. L'appartement est très spacieux, lumineux et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. Il est très bien décoré. Le balcon est un plus, nous y avons passé la plupart de nos repas. La literie est très bien. Pas de vis à vis côté séjour on aperçoit l'océan. Peut être mettre un rideau de type voilage pour la chambre en plus des rideaux existants. La résidence est très calme et possède un parking fermé. Le centre ville de Biarritz (grande plage) est à 15 min à pied, le phare à 35min. La plage milady à 15min à pied. Il y a une boulangerie à 5min. Vraiment nous avons passé un super séjour et l'appartement y est pour beaucoup. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour. Je remercie grandement la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et disponibilité.

Nice location and friendly host
Our family had a wonderful holiday in Biarritz, staying in this nice apartment, very close to the Plage de la Côte des Basques and just a short walk to the city centre. The host was very helpful and friendly. There is a grocery store and a bakery close by. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Nice sunset from the balcony.
