Free private parking in the residence and secured with badge.
Large private pool (with children's pool). Supervised in season.
Ideal location, 5 minutes from the beach of the large conch, 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the center port, quiet area.

Studio cabin 27m2 non smoking fully equipped including:
- an entrance serving the bathroom (washing machine, shower and toilet) and a sleeping area with bunk beds 90x190 and a closet
- a living room with kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob 2 burners, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven multi-functions microwave)
 1 sofa bed rapido 140 comfortable and a bar table with 4 chairs.
+ Flat screen TV and storage cabinet with wardrobe.
- a large terrace of 7m2 with nice view of the channel and the port before, garden table and 4 chairs.

As a measure of hygiene and allergy our friends animals are not allowed.

Le confort, le calme, l accueil, tout était parfait
L’appartement est très bien agencé, équipé et très propre. La petite terrasse très agréable. Commerces et plages accessible facilement à pieds.

Tres agréable et tres propre
Super séjour. Accueil tres sympathique de cathie appartement tres propre et très bien équipé avec superbe vue sur le port. Piscine grande et personnelle agréable. Seul petit bémol boite de nuit avec musique extrêmement forte difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

très bel emplacement avec terrasse donnant sur l'entrée au port et sur les voiliers amarrés. équipement au top. appartement fraîchement rénové avec goût. Rien ne manque. L'annonce est très bien rédigée et na cache absolument rien; nous le recommanderons à nos enfants et nos amis.
