Single storey house, completely renovated, in a quiet and green housing estate 200 m from shops and 600 m from the beach on foot.
You have 2 independent bedrooms and a large bright living room, opening onto the terrace and a large private enclosed garden.
SDD and separate WC.
Fully equipped kitchen.
TV, wifi
160 cm beds, convertible sofa also (new bedding).
If necessary, supply cot and high chair.
Linens provided on option.
Cleaning fee 60 €.

Juno Beach visit
We were 3 Canadians visiting Juno Beach. The house came as advertised, and was very clean. It’s walking distance to beach and restaurants, and very quiet location. Would certainly stay again if I’m back in the area. Communication leading up to and during the stay was great. Nothing but good things to say about this property, as it met all our needs!

Nice house in a quiet location
The house is in a quiet residential area, but you can be at the beach and shops in 15 minutes. The garden is large but not well planted. There is plenty of space and outdoor seating. Everything necessary is there. A little more maintenance would be good, for example the coffee machine/water boiler were calcified, the rinse aid was out and the water in the shower did not drain well, also the hose of the shower head was leaking slightly. If you order the linen package I would bring another small towel as there is only one large shower towel included. The landlady is very nice, the on-site manager is not that committed and tried to charge us more money for the linen package and cleaning than listed on the homepage.... However, we would book the accommodation again despite these minor adversities.

La maison est bien placé dans un quartier calme et à proximité des commerces. Le descriptif correspond à la location. Très bonne réactivité du propriétaire et de l'agence en cas de petit souci. En résumé, de l'avis général, on a envie d'y revenir.... Manque juste un endroit pour les vélos.

Excellent stay
Overall we had an excellent stay. The place was in a good neighborhood (safe and quiet), just like advertised, clean beds were comfy, convenient location. If you go downtown you can purchase a parking disc at a little convenience store for $3.00. Highly recommend being able to speak a little French. Communication was a little challenging for us but that was our fault for not being as prepared. After the 1st day we did our homework and made sure we spoke enough French to communicate with the locals. We used google translate to look up terms beforehand.
