Unit 513 was lovely and in good shape, exactly as seen in the pictures. Master bedroom could use some new pillows, thankfully, we brought ours. Kitchen had everything we needed. Provided cleaning supplies which made it easy.l

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place to stay, beach within walking distance. Was under construction and some areas were blocked off. Had rented unit #114 but when we arrived they changed us to #513 without prior notice and had to move all of our stuff from one room to the other. #114 had roaches maybe that's why they moved us.
