This adorable one bedroom condo is in an excellent location, right next to the Sugar Mountain Ski Lodge, and just a short drive to the tennis and golf areas. The home boasts a spacious private covered deck, a perfectly stocked kitchenette, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. This condo definitely is a perfect retreat in any season.

Sugar Mountain Resort is just steps away from this condo, where you'll find an outdoor skating rink, snow tubing, mountain bike tours and a full golf course. There are plenty of restaurants close by, including The Pedalin’ Pig and Elevations Restaurant. Needed a little cleaning
While we understand this is an older place, the overall cleanliness was not super good. Honestly just didn’t look like it had been cleaning between stays. Hair in the bathroom, wood chips/dirt all on the floor in front of the fireplace, dead bugs/spider webs in the corners, etc. Another big thing was there is absolutely no sound barrier between the upstairs and downstairs. You can hear every footstep from upstairs. Definitely had trouble sleeping.

Good For a Day or Two
Stayed one night with my son while we were skiing at Sugar. Totally decent for a night or two, but I think more than that might be a little tough. There's one full-sized bed and the sofa doesn't pull out. I brought a sleeping bag, so not a huge deal. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans/dishes, but no seasonings, cooking oils, etc.
